I absolutely adore these boots, but at first that wasn't necessarily the case. They felt narrow and left my feet in a world of pain because of how rigid the materials initially are. However, don't despair! After purchasing some thicker socks to wear them with and after breaking them in, they are the perfect winter boot and hug my feet perfectly! I wear them with skinny jeans and I get A LOT of compliments on them. They're bold, but comfortable and stylish and practical all at once. I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 but with these I had to size down to 7.5 because otherwise they felt too clunky--which could be why they felt so uncomfortable at first. I wouldn't change back to an 8 though because after breaking them in they fit like a sock.

I love these boots, now that they came out with the anti fatigue they are more comfortable than my old pair. They are very stylish, go great with my dress jeans and my bummy jeans so I can wear them just hanging out or when I go out casual with my friends to hang out. I get a ton of compliments on them and get asked about where I purchased them. The color is great also, I like the darker look then the wheat color. There is a definite difference owning the many different types of trims that I do since they came out with the anti fatigue. I can feel it as soon as I put them on compared to my summer boots or my fleece ones which I bought before it was introduced. Plus the stitching is nice. I get compliments on how it stands out. They don't wrinkle easily with walking either which I noticed even after wearing them continuous for a week I have none. Great boot. I have been wearing them for over 20 years and they continue to get better. Best boot ever, I'll continue to recommend to others and wear.

Just like the other reviews, the boots run small. I am usually a 5.5. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and ordered a size 6. I thought breaking them in might help with more wiggle room as a 6 was still too snug even without thick socks. I wish I had ordered a size 6.5 so I could wear wool socks because after sledding for 10 minutes, my toes were freezing! However, for someone who rarely sweats, my socks are always moist with sweat when I take the boots off. Nevertheless, I'm usually very cheap and have never owned waterproof boots so I was VERY impressed. The width is probably narrow for some, but I'm very petite, so the width is perfect for me. ALSO, I read another review about applying waterproof spray to the rubber due to fact that they easily scratch. The first day, I made the mistake of ignoring the suggestion and they got a couple scratches. I applied the waterproofing that night and haven't had a problem since. Just something to keep in mind. I purchased mine on sale and with a coupon, so I'm very happy with the purchase. How long they will hold up for, I don't know as I've only had them for a couple weeks. I've gotten lots of compliments, even from total strangers. I always refer them to the website. Totally cute with leggings in lighter weather.

Love my new boots!! from Tennessee

I just got these today in the mail. They look exactly like the picture and are very warm, or seem to be. I live in Tennessee and we don't get very much snow but I'm hoping for a blizzard so I can try them out to see how warm & waterproof they really are. I normally wear a 7.5, truly need wide shoes most of the time but always seem to settle for M width because nothing comes in wide except old lady shoes. I ordered these in an 8 M, and honestly I could've worn an 8.5 but the 8 is fine. Had I been able to try them on first I would've wanted an 8.5 for the extra room. And the faux sherpa-type lining makes it feel a little smaller inside due to its thickness, but I'm sure they will stretch out a little with wear and at least it adds warmth! All in all, I am very happy with these boots. They are comfy, warm, and will look AWESOME with a pair of skinny jeans and I'm sure they'll be amazing if it ever snows here. I have to thank my wonderful hubby for my early Valentine's Day gift!!!!!

These are great boots. I bought them after most of our major snow, so I can't provide waterproof testimony, but they are warm! MAJOR issue for me was that I bought my normal size online and they were too small, but in a bizarre way, the height of the shoe in the toe area was far too low and essentially cut off the blood to my toes! I'm 5'2" and 120lbs, so it's not like I have fat feet! :) I returned them and luckily there was a store nearby where I tried on both a 1/2 size larger and the full size larger, the full size larger fit perfectly, which I was surprised because I thought they would be too long length-wise. So typically I wear a 6.5 but I have these in a 7.5. I was hoping that they were waterproof farther up the calf, seeing as they go up so high, but they are water resistant and I don't normally stand in puddles up to my knees, so I should be fine :) Definitely shop in person if you can as I found it much cheaper I've gotten lots of compliments on the boots-I have them in the blue/brown color.
